Responsibilities
Your role is to ensure that the Company is not just part of the conversation—they’re leading it.
You will be responsible for building out and executing on content and growth strategy, using a combination of data and creativity to iterate on marketing experiments and validate growth channels.
- Market Analysis and Responsiveness: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends within the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscapes. Adapt and optimize our marketing strategies based on these insights to maintain a competitive edge.
- High-Impact Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns that significantly elevate our brand presence and user acquisition. Balance these high-impact projects with ongoing basic marketing responsibilities, such as maintaining the content calendar and ensuring consistent communication of new features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization including creators, business development, product, and development teams to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics to guide decision-making processes, focusing on optimizing campaign performance and ad spend. Advanced knowledge in SEO strategies will be highly valued.
- Community Engagement and Partnership Management: Engage with multiple decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to bolster early and sustained support for our projects. Manage collaborations and communications with marketing partners and influential developer groups to enhance platform adoption and visibility.
- Innovative Outreach: Implement targeted social media campaigns, particularly within key web3 communities on platforms like Reddit. Organize and participate in online events and discussions to further promote our platform’s unique offerings.
