Our client is looking for someone who truly understands SaaS products, can tune into what our clients and stakeholders need and identify their pain points, and knows how to turn those insights into a clear, actionable roadmap. You should be confident in presenting and defending your ideas to the team and have experience across the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing and release.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather customer insights to uncover opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps based on research data.
- Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Transform ideas into feasible product hypotheses that can be tested.
- Prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Be comfortable working on multiple products simultaneously and able to switch contexts effectively.
- Update, implement and maintain procedures in the product team.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Create tasks/user stories and keep your backlog healthy and tidy.
Requirements
- Have at least four years of experience in product management.
- Are highly analytical.
- Have a solid understanding of web technology and software development lifecycle.
- Have experience building SaaS products.
- Possess an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Are able to write well-structured, compelling documents.
- Are comfortable communicating across different departments or with a wide range of business stakeholders.
- You have a wonderful ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
