We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive growth, optimize the AAARRR funnel (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user feedback into actionable technical requirements, scope clear tasks, and navigate business constraints while maximizing impact.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM strategies and optimize the AAARRR funnel (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Translate user feedback into actionable technical requirements.
- Scope and prioritize tasks, addressing blockers and constraints.
- Analyze unit economics and identify growth levers.
- Apply best practices and reverse-engineer business models.
- Drive experimentation, validating ideas before scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.
Requirements
- Recent history of demonstrably positive impact who can take ownership of
- GTMs and AAARRR funnel optimization (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
- Ability to communicate user feedback into technical requirements
- Ability to scope clear tasks while addressing priorities, blockers, and constraints
- Understanding of unit economics and potential business growth levers
- Bias towards reverse engineering businesses and industry best practices
- Bias towards experimentation and learning from failures
- Bias towards validating ideas prior to committing significant resources
